Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – USA

We now ship all U.S. and Canadian orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via UPS.
This means you will not be charged any additional customs duties, taxes, or FDA clearance fees upon delivery. Everything is included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Returns, Customs & Refunds

For orders outside the EU:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are legal to import into the destination country.
  • If customs or authorities refuse or destroy the shipment, and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
  • If the shipment is returned to SNUSIO, we will issue a refund minus a 40 EUR / 45 USD return handling fee, and any shipping costs.
